This week on Fantage is free Premium Member week. This means that everybody on Fantage automatically becomes a member for the duration of the event. Everyone can get member levels, buy member items with stars, use member eyes, redeem the Free Premium Member Item (Located at Downtown between Le Shop and Stellar Salon), etc. Continue reading “Free Premium Member Week”→
Fantage has released a new Limited Exclusive set of items with a Game of Thrones Theme. The male character is based off Jon Snow, and the female character is based off Daenerys Targaryen. The board they’re sitting on is the Iron Throne.
The new Premium Member gift for August is now. However, there’s a catch. You can’t get it on the English Fantage (Or maybe you can, see comments below). Hopefully Fantage will fix this soon, but for the moment, you must go to Downtown on the Spanish server to get the latest PM Gift. The gift is a golden headband with the Premium logo on it.
This weeks Featured Fantagian is Fario-P! Fario is a well known in the Fantage Deviant Art community, as well a content creator ShinyStarriNite on YouTube. She makes lots of content ranging from Fantage Stamps(One of her stamps features in the bottom of our page), to Fantage Pixel Art, to videos of speedpixelling Fantage avatars. Something amazing Fario also does is stitch together Fantage backgrounds for everyone to use. It’s really helpful and can be used to make high quality headers and other similar content. Here’s some more F2U content she’s created:
It’s been a while since I’ve done one of these, but better late than never right?
To start off we have a blog run by Mace. Mace was a beta user who ran the Fantage Geek blog, a.k.a Mace’s Fantage Cheats. Mace was also a member of the Army of Fantage. Mace also started (as far as I can tell) the Fantage Forum. There’s not many people there anymore, but every so often people come back for some nostalgia.
Anyway, his main blog, Fantage Geek. Besides the regular reporting on Fantage events, Fantage Geek was one of the few blogs to feature Fantage SWFs. Mace and his friends were reasonably well known on Fantage around 2009/2010.
It’s been a long time since I’ve heard talk of Fantage Japan. I recently found the artist and designer who adapted Fantage to create Fantage Japan. Back around 2010, Fantage, or part of the rights to Fantage was sold to Korean online gaming giant Nexon. Nexon created Fantage Japan which became REALLY popular with regular Fantagian’s from Fantage.com because on Fantage Japan you could get all the items that were rare on Fantage.com. As seen below, you could easily get dancing king/queen crowns, and items such as the Shamrock glasses which were extremely rare on regular Fantage.com at the time. It was also popular because you could create “rare” usernames (see “pony” in the image below). Maybe the best thing about Fantage Japan was that there were no Premium Members, everyone could get all the items.
There were many available usernames on Fantage Japan that had already been taken on Fantage.Com
